A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus he/she shall not handle psychotropic drugs, such as clickphones (hereinafter referred to as "clickphones").
1. Purchase and sale of phiphones;
A. On May 29, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased penphones by delivering 200,000 won and 0.2 gramphones to E from No. 1, 304, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
B. On June 8, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant purchased penphones from the Defendant’s SM5 car parked in front of GPC (H) located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by means of obtaining 00,000 won from the Defendant’s SM5 car to E, and receiving 0.025 gramphones.
2. Use of philophones;
A. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 1-A from the Defendant’s SM5 car parked in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I Alley at night on May 29, 2013.
As in the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased have been administered in a way that can be loaded on a cans and coffees.
B. On May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was parked on the Jlley-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) from the Defendant’s SM5 car that was stopped on May 30, 2013.
As in the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased have been administered in a way that can be loaded on a cans and coffees.
C. On June 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was parked near the Southern National University located in Incheon Southern-gu at night on June 8, 2013 from the Defendant’s SM5 car No. 1-B.
0.025g of philophones purchased, such as paragraph (d), have been administered in a way that can be loaded on a can, in a way that they are loaded on a coffee.
On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.05 grams in the 4th floor of “M M M M MM Maz” L in Jung-gu, Incheon, together with N, with N, in a single-use injection machine: (a) dilution of biophones into each of the following persons’ arms blood cells:
