A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus he/she shall not handle psychotropic drugs, such as clickphones (hereinafter referred to as "clickphones").

1. On November 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked D to use phiphones; (b) purchase D from around 20:00 to 21:00 on the same day; (c) purchase D 200,000 won of phiphones from D in front of G Ga located in F in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu from around 20:00 to 21:00,000; and (d) purchase D 0.2 g (two phiphones packed in paper each of approximately 0.1g) of phiphones from D in the K5 car stopped in the vicinity of D.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 23:00 on November 16, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of philopon in the Mour room where it is impossible to identify the trade name near I located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, in a way of drinking water.

B. On February 7, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon by dividing it into two occasions at the guest room in which it is impossible to know the trade name near H in Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and administering it by drinking.

1. On August 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased psychotropic drugs from L, a psychotropic drug, Mebatop, and administered phiphones in the way of drinking-phones in which approximately 0.05 g of raw water and dilution are dilution, at Kelel located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, Nam-gu.

2. At around 19:00 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.05 gh from L into paper cups and dilution with aquatic water and dilution.
