The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director of a limited liability company D that produces military supplies, and in the event that goods are supplied in accordance with the military supply contract, an inspection protocol meeting the quality standards by the Agency for Defense Technology and Quality Assurance is issued, and the military unit shall undergo an examination based on the inspection protocol.

1. Alteration of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On May 10, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defense Acquisition Program Administration to supply tar gas equivalent to KRW 693,571,558, and around May 11, 2010, to supply tar gas equivalent to KRW 339,654,412, and at the same time, requested the inspection of Daone Star and tar to verify that each of the above gases satisfies the quality standards prescribed in the contract. B. On or around March 2, 2011, the Defendant changed “1.20” and “1.22” into “2.26” and “1.26” as the result of the test report on tampers issued by Dasan Life Research Institute on or around February 16, 201, in the same manner as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
