A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of an official document;

A. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the test report issued by public office in the name of the Administrator of Busan Metropolitan Government Small and Medium Business Administration.

B. On January 28, 2008, the Defendant, who was issued on January 28, 2008, forged one copy of the test report under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of Busan Ulsan District, which is a document issued by public offices, by changing the test report (N/FL20WV) of waterproof-type light (N/FL20WV) to a new method.

2. On the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant held that the Defendant’s employee was a document duly formed with the tallyman affiliated with the Chief of the Small and Medium Business Administration in the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of Busan Ulsan District Office, who is aware of the forgery.
