Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

1. 모욕 피고인은 2011. 8. 7. 00:10경 부산 연제구 B에 있는 연제경찰서 C지구대에서 특별한 이유도 없이 위 지구대 출입문을 열고 들어와 다른 업무방해사건 관련자 D 등이 있는 자리에서 위 지구대소속 경찰관인 피해자 경사 E 등에게 왼손 중지를 들어 올리며(일명 퍽큐사인) “C지구대 씹새끼들아”라고 욕설을 하고, 이로 인하여 현행범인체포 된 후 계속하여 피해자에게 “경찰 씹새끼야, 경찰 새끼 씹할 새끼 거지같은 새끼야”라는 등 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자에게 모욕을 가하였다.
