Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On the same day at around 04:05 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted a police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the said district group, to walk the left part of his knee, knee on two occasions by the Defendant, in order to verify the corrective condition of the locking.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the custody of a police officer.

3. 협박 피고인은 같은 날 04:40경 피고인의 신병을 화성동부경찰서로 인계하기 위하여 위 지구대 소속 순23호 순찰차를 이용하여 이동하던 중 위 차량을 운전하고 있던 피해자인 위 E(41세)에게 “씨발놈아, 넌 내가 파면시켜버리겠다. 안경 쓴 새끼 너 얼굴 다 봐뒀다. 너 못 죽이면 가족들을 찾아가서 반드시 죽여버리겠다.”라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
