Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 2, 2020, at around 23:30 on June 2, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim C’s operation in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant saw the restaurant employee without any particular reason, and obstructed the victim’s business of operating the restaurant by force for about 20 minutes by failing to properly perform the restaurant business. In order to prevent the customer from running the restaurant, the Defendant she saw the customer who was taking a meal at that place, she saw him/her to drink the food he/she was drinking, and let the customer drink his/her clothes, she sat down his/her clothes, and let him/her go back to the restaurant, and let the customer intending to enter the restaurant.
2. At around 00:10 on June 3, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports on the interference with the operation of the restaurant at C’s restaurant; (b) the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Western Police Station E zone, who called for “as soon as possible because the principal male spawned with the spawn while driving the spawn; (c) confirmed the on-site situation; and (d) heard the victim’s statements; and (c) pushed the Defendant’s chest part of the said police officer’s chest by hand, after hearing the victim’s statements.
In addition, around 00:30 on June 3, 2020, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender for the crime such as obstruction of duties and obstruction of performance of duties in front of the Seoul Western Police Station E District located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender and went off from the patrol vehicle one time.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers, the protection of people's lives, bodies and property, the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, the arrest and escort of flagrant offenders, etc.
