A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:42 on February 29, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s face on the front side of the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment site on the front side of the victim’s Da-si (Seoul apartment site); (b) placed the victim’s face while under the influence of alcohol, without any particular reason after paying the victim a taxi fee; (c) spit the victim out of the taxi by taking the victim’s seat; and (d) spit the victim’s face while threateninging the victim’s seat; and (e) spit the victim’s seat while taking advantage of the victim’s seat; and (e) spit the victim’s 15 minutes after taking advantage of the victim’s face, the Defendant spited the victim’s face on the front side of the 15 minutes after taking advantage of the victim’s seat; and (e) spited the victim’s face on the 15 minutes after taking advantage of the victim’s seat.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases, protection of people's life, body and property, prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
