1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A is the husband of the deceased E (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B, C, and D are the children born between Plaintiff A and the deceased.

The Defendant is a school juristic person operating the Seocheon University Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

B. On June 2012, the deceased’s hospitalization and diagnosis deceased’s symptoms, such as drums and fire extinguishing drums, were presented to the doctor’s opinion that the leukosis might be doubtful as a result of the blood examination conducted at the Defendant hospital located in his/her place of residence.

On July 13, 2012 for close inspection, the Deceased was diagnosed as an acute lepymp leuk typosis and hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital on July 14, 2012 for anti-pump cancer treatment.

C. The treatment process of the deceased and the process resulting from the treatment process and death of the deceased confirmed by the Defendant hospital’s medical record against the deceased are as follows.

1.
