1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant Plaintiff A is the spouse of the deceased E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B and C are the children of the deceased.

The defendant is a corporation that operates G Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital") at the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F.
