1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 30, 2012, the Plaintiff A’s symptoms, such as her husband’s son’s quality, Gutoo, etc. (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) was operated by the Youngnam University Hospital on November 30, 2012 (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

(2) On November 30, 2012, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital hospitalized the said Plaintiff on December 3, 2012, as a result of the Plaintiff’s inspection conducted by RoI, etc. on the part of the Plaintiff, there was an opinion of brain coloring on brain side.

나. 진단 및 치료의 경위 1) 원고 A은 2012. 12. 1. ‘전체적으로 뿌옇게 보인다’, 2012. 12. 2. ‘왼쪽 시력도 급격히 저하된다’고 하므로, 피고 병원 의료진은 2012. 12. 4. 시력측정, 동공반응검사, 색각검사, 안저검사 등 기본검사를 실시하고 추가적으로 시야검사, 형광안저검사를 실시하였으나 특별한 이상이 발견되지 아니하여, 초기 백내장으로 진단하였다. 2) 피고 병원은 뇌경색을 유발할 수 있는 원인을 찾기 위해 혈액 검사, 경동맥 초음파 및 심장 검사 등을 시행한 결과 원고 A에 대하여 뇌교 급성 뇌경색을 진단하였고, 위 원고에게 항혈소판제를 투여하고 경과를 관찰하였으나 증상의 호전이 없어 위 원고의 요청에 의해 외래 추적진료하기로 하고, 2012. 12. 14. 위 원고를 퇴원 조치하였다.

3. On March 18, 2013, the Plaintiff was admitted to the Gyeongbuk University Hospital, and the medical personnel of the above hospital did not take both sides of the Plaintiff.
