Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 201, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) purchased a Dap vehicle, which is a product of 3.5 million won owned by a Dap vehicle from a name-free person who is called 'B' from the name-free apartment underground parking lot located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) operated the said vehicle on the road in front of 58-2, 2015, without filing an application for the registration of transfer of ownership; and (c) operated the said vehicle on February 14, 2015, around 08:30, 201.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said C Motor Vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at the same date and at the same place as the foregoing 1.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from 217 to 58-2 before the operation of the said C Motor Vehicle from Yecheon-si, Yecheon-si without obtaining a driver's license for a temporary border as referred to in the above 1.1. to 1 km.

4. The defendant presented a driver's license in the name of F in his pro-friendly name, which was held by the director of the Incheon Provincial Police Agency who had concerns over the occurrence of the driver's license when he requested the driver's license to the superintendent of the police box belonging to the Docheon-si Police Station at the end of 58-2 of the operation of the Yeocheon-si-si at the time and time, such as the above 1.1.

Accordingly, the defendant did not exercise the documents or drawings of public officials or public offices.

5.
