Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:30 on March 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a B wing-off truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 13 km to the road from the 288-27 west-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the south-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seoul to the west-dong, Seocheon-gu, Ocheon-gu, Gocheon-do.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of B-wing and freight cars.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 13 km section from the 288-27-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Hacheon-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Hacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.

3. While the Defendant, at the time of the day specified in paragraph 1, operated a cargo vehicle in front of the string of the Hacheon-gu Gocheon-gu Gocheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, B, the Defendant: (a) controlled the c police box D with a vehicle that was not covered by the mandatory vehicle insurance; (b) caused it to be discovered that the vehicle was not covered by the driver’s license; and (c) caused the Defendant to feel his identity as the Defendant’s convict E.

Defendant D’s name column “E”, “F” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the vehicle operation manual, and “E” in the vehicle operation manual column from around 09:0 on March 27, 2016, the Seoul Western started from Dong to 5 km up to the string of the Seocheon-dong Jin-dong Jin-dong, the vehicle operation manual column.

“.” After entering “E” in the above statement column, the signature was written in E’s name with an indication that is unknown next to the name of E.

As a result, the Defendant forged a copy of the vehicle operation statement in the name of E, a private document on the proof of facts.

4. The Defendant is aware of the forgery at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
