A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:40 on May 8, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.104% without a vehicle driver’s license, and the Defendant was driving a B Ssckn vehicle at the section of approximately 500 meters from the roads near the Orcheon-gu, Orcheon-si to the 89-14th road in the Orcheon-si, Orcheon-si, Ycheon-si, the Gyeonggi-do.
