Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2016, from around 08:00 to around 09:00 of the same day, the Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants were unable to enter the restaurant, i.e., the Ecafeteria operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the Defendants packed the food ordered by the Defendants. While Defendant B was packing the lids of plastics in the restaurant, Defendant B was able to display a threat to other customers in the restaurant by liding the lids of plastic lids inside the restaurant, which was adjacent to the restaurant, and liding that Defendant A commits the following acts: “I are my people who are foreign countries, and are not obliged to contact a foreign country, and are not obliged to contact a foreign person.”

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2.
