Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 3.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

2. 모욕 피고인은 같은 날 22:19경 같은 장소에서 위 소란행위에 대한 신고를 받고 출동한 대구남부경찰서 F파출소 소속 경위 피해자 G과 경위 H가 위 사건의 경위를 확인하려고 하자, 위 D과 손님 등 4-5명이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “씹새끼야, 내가 식당에 헛짓거리를 했나, 와 너 거들이 와서 지랄인데, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 야이 이 개새끼들아 너 거들 식당에 돈 먹었냐, 야이 씹할놈아 어느 놈이 신고해서 왔어..”라고 욕설을 하며 머리로 위 G의 얼굴을 들이박으려고 하는 등 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. The Defendant damaged public goods at around 23:00 on the same day, who was investigated into the above act within the Daegu Southern-gu Police Station Fast, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, under the investigation of the said act, the Defendant: (a) expressed a bitch of bitch, “only frier, frier,” and (b) asked the fire that the Defendant was seated immediately; and (c) removed the fire that the Defendant was seated at a public office, and thereby, damaged the above small wave used in the repair cost to the extent of KRW 200,000.
