A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million on August 29, 2013 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do branch on August 29, 2013. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by the same court on January 29, 2014.
[Criminal Facts]
1.
