A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2014, at the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “I will receive the report on the right to file a vessel before the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C district unit of Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, which wears a uniform at the front parking lot located in 608, according to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul National Assembly; (b) I will go to the front line without any defect, “I will go to the front line after receiving the report on the right to file a vessel; (c) I will not go to the front line; (d) I am this son, ageed son; (d) I am knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers who wear a uniform.
