The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is the complainant who filed a complaint with the Yeongdeungpo Police Station located in 608, as the Seoul National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for fraud of C and D (hereinafter “instant case”) around November 3, 201. The victim E is a police officer affiliated with the investigation of the above Yeongdeungpo Police Station and the economic third team in charge of the investigation into the instant case.
However, after the complaint of the above case, the defendant filed a petition with the purport that "E does not deal with the above case as soon as possible," and continuously posted a statement to the same effect on the civil petition site of the National Police Agency.
Accordingly, around January 18, 2012, the victim filed a complaint against the defendant with the purport that "the above fraud complaint case was investigated according to normal procedures as well as that of investigation, but it was not fatal to A, A filed a false complaint with the auditor of the Yeongdeungpo Police Station and published a false fact on the National Police Agency's civil petition site."
