A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle B with no driver’s license from the front of the camping tower located in the Pongnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the front road of the same 500 meters section from the front of the wall mountain apartment in the same tower.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated the said Lone Star Co., Ltd., which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant was driving a car with approximately 10 kilometers from the fluoral road located in the Ri located in the Sinan Eup located in the local-nam Eup located in the Gunsan City, 19:30 on March 18:45, 2016 to the entrance of the parking lot located in the Sinsan City, Sinsan City.
