A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 2896"

1. On June 16, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, driven Cone Star Co., Ltd. without obtaining a driver’s license from the front to the front road of about 1 km from 158-961 U.S. light-ray 17:35 light-ray luminous to drive a vehicle from the front to the front road of B.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, on June 16, 2016, the Defendant operated Cone Star Co., Ltd., which was not mandatory insurance, on the front road B in light of light life.

On June 30, 2016, the Defendant 2016 Ma 3000 driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the 10km to the front side of the 10km-ro lapsing car from the front side of the 10km-ro 991, in a light-ro lapsing city, at around 09:35, 2016.
