1. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) driving: (a) from the front day of the particulars of the number of roads located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) from around 2 km section to the front day of the department store, the Defendant driving a car with Bone Starsch Rexroth without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and section specified in paragraph 1, operated the Lone Star Co., Ltd. described in paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

On March 13, 2016, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd in the direction of the Defendant’s house located in Yacheon-si C without a mandatory insurance without a driver’s license at around 07:30 on March 13, 2016, from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Yacheon-si C to about 34 km-ro 200, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

On July 8, 2016, 2016, the Defendant 2092, on the road near the mother market in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle on July 8, 2016, driving Bone Star Sksch in the section of about 5km from the road near the mother market in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong to the end of the present middle school to the front of the present middle school.
