Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a Bone Starsch Rexroth in the section of about 450 meters from the 25-ro, Pyeongtaek-ro, 100,000, to the front road of the Seoul Hospital, from the 25-ro, Pyeongtaek-ro, 100,000 to the 70-day,000,000,000.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated a car without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

[2016 Highest 626] Defendant, on April 14, 2016, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on April 14, 2016, and shall collect from Pyeongtaek-sibuk-do.

From the roads adjacent to the North Cheong-si, Pyeongtaek-si, and thereafter from the North Cheong-si to the roads in front of the certified broker of the Cheong-ri tower, Bone Starsch Rexroth was driven from approximately 2km to the front of the Cheong-ri office.
