Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant forged the “E” resident registration certificate of a landowner, along with D and non-titled names, and then, issued a forged resident registration certificate with a document related to land transaction, such as an abstract of the landowner’s resident registration card, and a certificate of seal impression, and used it to sell the land and gather the price to acquire it. On April 12, 2018, the Defendant introduced “E’s partner” from “E” under a non-personal name named as “E.”

1. On April 2018, the Defendant jointly committed the crime of “E” under the name of Defendant, D, and name in which the F’s resident registration certificate was produced by entering F’s name and resident registration number on the resident registration certificate, along with the “E” at a place where the police officer was not on patrol, D, and name in secret.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the F’s resident registration certificate, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with D or F’s name false name “E”.

2. Joint crimes committed by the Defendant, D, non-personally named “E”, and non-personally named “E’s birth”

(a) No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall inspect the resident registration card of another person or receive a certified copy or abstract thereof by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, around April 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered F’s resident registration number in the issuing machine of unmanned civil petition in Gwangju City, D, name-free, name-free, and name-free “E” in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; and (b) issued seven copies of F’s resident registration number cards by inserting the F’s excellent fingerprint made of the real container in the name-free fingerprint; and (c) issued seven copies of the resident registration cards by inserting the name-free fingerprints.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D, name-free one, name-free one, and name-free one “E” and used F’s resident registration number unlawfully, and received F’s certified copy and abstract of the F’s resident registration card by fraud or other improper means.
