A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

【The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on May 9, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24, 2014.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Crimes committed on September 8, 2016;

A. On September 14:18, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven a C-A-A-D motor vehicle at the section of about 2 km from the front of the C-A-A-A-D-dong Culture and Arts Center in the ASEAN-dong at the same time to the front of the tower located in the C-A-ri-dong at the same time, through the North Korean Station of the Joseon Shipbuilding Korea.
