A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Violation of Road Traffic Act (Drinking Driving in 2016): Fines of 4 million won / [criminal facts]

1. On March 17, 2017, Defendant 1, without a driver’s license, driven a B-A-D car at a distance of about 116 km from the front of the apartment house to the front of the Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Jin-si, Jin-si, Kim Jong-si, Gin-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, G-A-do, at a distance of about 116 km from the front of the apartment house to the front of the Jin-gun, Jin-gun.

2. The Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B-A-di vehicle at a distance of about 1 km from the road in front of the Jambon-gun, Jambon-gun, Jambon-gun, in a state of alcohol content of 0.059% in blood, without a driver’s license, and on March 18, 2017, in a state of 0.059% in alcohol content in the blood.

Accordingly, the defendant driving an automobile while under the influence of alcohol and driving an automobile without obtaining a driver's license.

3. The Defendant forged the signature of another person for the purpose of exercising his/her signature, and presented it to the above slopeD who is aware of the fact as if he/she actually formed the forged signature, by signing the signature in the column for signature of the driver’s circumstantial statement report and the column for signature of the written statement from the slopeD belonging to the former Police Agency patrol Team of the National Police Agency of North Korean National Police Agency, which was controlled by drinking driving, as well as in the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
