Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;
A. A. On March 16, 2020, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 7,200 from “I” convenience stores located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H around March 16, 202, and the Defendant completed the purchase.
As stated in the List of Crimes (1) from around the same month to the 17th day of the same month, the victims were accused of the victims in the same way 55 times in total, and the victims were ordered to settle the total amount of KRW 905,030,030 and received goods from the victims.
Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, induced victims to receive property, and used the stolen B's check.
