Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. On March 20, 2020, the Defendant discovered at the “C” coffee shop located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Victim D’s CB bank physical balance cards; and (b) stolen them by taking it around.
2. On March 21, 2020, around 13:21, 2020, the Defendant embezzled, on the fourth floor of the F Office building located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, one credit card of the company bank, which was lost by the victim G, without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and embezzled it.
3. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On March 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 14,500 from the “H” convenience store located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on March 20, 2020. The Defendant, like the above paragraph (1), took place as if the Defendant was a legitimate licensee of the DNA card that stolen, and was paid KRW 14,500 and received the goods by presenting the personal check to the victim due to his name failure. From that time to 02:39 of the same day, the Defendant deceiving the victims by the same method six times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the separate sheet of crimes (i), and was issued goods from the victims.
Accordingly, the defendant deceiving the victims and received the property, and used the check card in the name of stolen D.
B. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant related to the use of credit cards in G, the amounting to KRW 11,500,00, from F Office building I located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, around 13:24.
