A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 02:40 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid soup “D” in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; (b) laid down a crepane, the victim E, by inserting his hand on the back part of the other victim’s crepan; (c) cut off one physical card of the community credit cooperatives owned by the victim; (d) one sheet of post office physical card; and (e) one sheet of the market price of KRW 100,000 at the market price containing one resident registration certificate.

B. In addition, from around that day to around 08:38 of the same day, the Defendant received goods or services equivalent to the total market price of KRW 712,850 in seven times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, and paid the price by using a personal credit cooperative card in the name of E, such as paragraph 1(a).

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims seven times, received property or property benefits equivalent to 712,850 won in total, and lost or stolen credit cards.
