A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a foreigner of Kazakhistan nationality who is illegal aliens.
1. From November 20 to 05:00 on November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained a copy of the KB national physical card in the name of the victim whose possession was lost between Mapo-gu Seoul and 05:00; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (c) obtained one copy of the KB national physical card in the name of the victim whose possession was lost.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. At around 03:10 on Nov. 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen and stolen an unclaimed body tape on the market price where the victim E ( home home nationality) put on the table on the table; and (b) a new body tape card on the victim’s name; and (c) a KB Cown card on the KB national body, at the same place as Paragraph (1).
