1. Defendant A violated the Game Industry Promotion Act: (a) around December 2, 2013, from around December 16, 2013 to April 16, 2014, Defendant A installed a computer with six computers in the “FPC room” located in Cheongju-gu E and 1st floor, and operated the game site; (b) sold coophones to customers for filling game money; (c) allowed customers to access the game to the said game; (d) allowed customers to walk up the game money; (e) converting the game money acquired during the game to KRW 1 per unit of money; and (e) exchanged the game money acquired during the game to customers for whom the game was completed.
As a result, Defendant A was engaged in the business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

2. Violation of the Korean Racing Association Act by Defendant B;
A.
