Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant joined a private horse site (C) and sent cash to a deposit account designated by the said private horse site (E) after having access to the private horse site (E), and received payment of services money equivalent to 10% of the amount of cyber money and the amount of money deposited. Defendant A lost cyber money if he were in a non-fluence of each horse racing conducted by the Korean Marinan society, and then was paid for cyber money in a way that he received the amount of money equivalent to the amount of cyber money held at the time of the request for payment in cash when he was loaded. Defendant A used cyber money in a way that he received the amount of money equivalent to the cyber money held at the time of request in cash.

On March 12, 2016, around 15:05, the Defendant deposited KRW 8,870,000 from January 4, 2015 to March 12, 2016 to the account designated at the above private horse site, and deposited KRW 8,870,00 as shown in attached Table 1, with cyber money owned by the above private horse site within the Nam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

In the end, the defendant was the other party to the act of having the enemy engage in the act similar to the riding voting on the horse racing conducted by the Korean Marina society, and paying property or financial benefits to the enemy.

2. Defendant B, upon joining the sports soil site (H) as a member, sent cash to a deposit account designated by the said sports soil site by accessing the said sports soil site using the ID and sprink, and received cyber money equivalent to the amount of money, and distributed it to “man, even,” and “face,” and then lost cyber money if it is in secret, he/she would receive the amount of money equivalent to the amount of such cyber money in cash, which is held at the time of the request.
