A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of thirty thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant and C, as above, in collusion with the aforementioned members from the mid-term police officer on December 2, 2012 to the mid-term police officer on May 2013, 2013, received the ID and password from the manager of the above Internet mobile horse site and registered an unspecified number of visitors as members of the private horse site after inviting them to use them as members of the private horse site, and granting them a ID and a number. If the above members transfer money for betting to C and D account, which is a private horse operation account, the same amount of cyber money, by filling the said cyber money to the arche of the above members, and by receiving the said cyber money from the above members to participate in real-time transit from the above website, the amount equivalent to 9 billion won is paid to the above members in the same proportion as the dividend rate paid to the purchaser who participated in the racing from the above website, and the amount equivalent to 19 billion won is paid to the above members of the cyber horse in the same proportion as the total amount of money transferred from 200 million won or less.
