1. Basic facts
A. 1BP system of the travel agency is a system that manages airline tickets sold by the International Air Route Sales Agency (SP) through the settlement bank without paying them directly with the airline, i.e., aviation ticket supply, ticket sale, and sales proceeds settlement, and i.e., a bank between the airline and the travel agency to intervene in the relevant affairs on behalf of the relevant bank (BSP Bank) to simplify sales proceeds settlement. The travel agency provides the International Air Transport Association (ITSA) as security and sells its corresponding blank airline tickets (ITSA) to the travel agency, and then sells them to the travel agency, and then pays them later. The travel agency may independently issue all standard aviation tickets of the airline tickets sold by the International Air Route Sales Agency (ITSA) through the ITSP, and if the travel agency is authorized to directly purchase the airline tickets through the BTSPAP, it may directly request the airline travel agency and the airline travel agency to purchase the airline tickets to directly purchase the airline tickets to the customer, but it may not directly request the airline tour agency to purchase the airline tickets from the ATSP agency.
B. Status 1) The Plaintiff is a ATR travel agent, and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).
(2) The Plaintiff, around October 2012, has requested the Defendant Company to make a reservation and purchase of aviation tickets in relation to the overseas training of the head of the Defendant Company, and the Defendant C, as the head of the Defendant Company, is an employee in charge of the reservation and purchase of aviation tickets. (3) The Plaintiff has requested the Defendant Company to make a reservation and purchase of aviation tickets. The Defendant C, as the head of the Defendant Company, is an employee in charge of the reservation and purchase of aviation tickets.
