A. On August 2018, the Defendant had the same attitude to seek normal aviation rights by photographing 40 air tickets on each route of “Seoul-Seoul-Seoul-Seoul” and “Seoul-Seoul” on October 31, 2018, at a limited liability company C office located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul-gu, and the first floor of the foregoing Gwangju-gu. However, even if the Defendant received money from the customers due to poor funding circumstances, the Defendant had maintained the way to stop using aviation rights or refund services to the existing customers, while the Defendant did not receive money from the victims, and thus did not have the intent or ability to reduce aviation rights due to the purchase of aviation rights by the victim as a result of a request to purchase 40 air tickets on each route of “Seoul-Seoul, 2018” and “Seoul-Seoul, and then sending them to the victims.
Therefore, the Defendant received 5,989,900 won from the victim to the I bank account (J) in the H on August 9, 2018 from the victim as the purchase cost of airline tickets and acquired it by deceit.
B. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant, at the above office, sent the same attitude to seek normal aviation rights by sending back the ticket to the victim through e-mail, etc., even though he was not able to purchase the right of return air tickets and did not have the intent or ability to issue the right of return in a normal way, after receiving the purchase cost of air tickets, the amount of money received after the reservation and the cancellation of the right of return from the above office was planned to use the existing debt, and even if he did not have the intent or ability to purchase the right of return air tickets, the Defendant sent the right of return air tickets to the route of Busan-ju, Cheongju-ju, Busan-ju, and Busan-ju, and sending the right of return to the settlement screen.
Therefore, the defendant's belonging to this is around August 31, 2018 for the purchase cost of airline tickets from the victim.
