1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 70,142,375 with respect to the Plaintiff, and the period from April 29, 2016 to October 25, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of the reservation of airline tickets and ticketing business, etc., and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).
(2) The purpose of the Plaintiff is to develop, sell, establish, and provide related services related to the vessel automation system. (2) From September 2012, the Plaintiff has been acting on behalf of the Defendant Company’s employees in accordance with the reservation of airline tickets and rights related to the overseas business trips, etc., and the Defendant C, as an employee of the Defendant Company, was to deal with the Defendant Company’s airline tickets reservation and rights.
