A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2016. 8. 27. 14:30경 부산 금정구 C에 있는 피해자 D(여, 44세)가 운영하는 ‘E’ 휴대폰 대리점 매장 내에서, 피고인의 휴대폰으로 음악을 크게 틀어 놓고 춤을 추며 “씹할, 좆같네, 씹할, 전화 좀 와도 받지 마라, 씹할 것, 조용히 해, 아 씹할 내가 뭘 잘못했는데”라고 욕설을 하면서 큰소리로 노래를 따라 부르고 행패를 부려 다른 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 하는 등 약 20분간 위력으로써 피해자의 휴대폰 대리점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) called the Defendant’s house located in F of the Simgu in Busan on September 12 and 40, 2016; (b) reported 112 by the victim to commit the crime under paragraph (1); (c) called the “E store” for the purpose of putting the victim into mind on the ground that the victim reported 112 and received the notification disposition; and (d) called the “E store” for the purpose of retaliationing the victim against the victim on the ground that he was notified of the notification, the Defendant made the phone call to the victim, “I give distinct and distinct stife whether interference with the internal business would be harmful; and (e) made a threat to the victim by taking advantage of the fact that the Defendant was found in the said store.”
