A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a radar car.

From around 18:30 on September 6, 2014 to 18:52 on Kimpo-si, Goyang-si 519-5, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Kimpo-si, Jeju-si, to a storage near Kimpo-si 629, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and the Defendant driven the rash under the influence of alcohol 0.089% of the blood alcohol concentration at approximately 1.58 km-si, Gopo-si, 1057.

As above, while driving the said car, the Defendant started driving in front of the farmland located in 1057 in the Jeju Jeju Jeju Do, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant started to drive the said car at a U.S. speed from the warehouse located in 629, Gopo-si, Gopo-si to the direction of Kimpo-si.

Since the place is a farming road without a lane, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, and shall not drive the motor vehicle at such a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic situation of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has a duty of care to report the situation of the anti-road traffic well and to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving it.

Nevertheless, the defendant is under the influence of alcohol and is negligent in doing so.

The victim D(26 years of age, D) at the latest found the motor bicycle driven by the victim D(26 years of age and D) at the right time and operated the motor bicycle, but the defendant did not avoid the vehicle and was able to receive the back wheel part on the left side of the motor vehicle.

The Defendant suffered injury to the said victim D by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as the pulverization of a full-time executive officer in need of treatment for about seven weeks on the left-hand side.

2. On May 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in front of the 2397 Moo Bank as Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si around 10:40.
