1. The Defendant transferred the Plaintiff on January 12, 1970 with respect to 1130-1 river of 26,261 square meters in Cheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Basic Facts

A. A. On May 22, 1946, the “Canceam Repair Association” was established by the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (amended by the Decree No. 2 of July 2, 1917, which was repealed by the enforcement of the former Land Improvement Project Act, on January 21, 1962). The name was changed to the “Canceamam Land Improvement Association” pursuant to Article 6 of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by the Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961, which was repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Rural Modernization Promotion Act of January 12, 1970). The name was changed to the “Canceam Land Improvement Association” pursuant to Article 2 of the Addenda of the former Rural Modernization Promotion Act (amended by the Act No. 2199 of January 12, 197, which was repealed by the Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 195; hereinafter “Canceam Improvement Association”).

B. The term “Iam Farmland Improvement Association” was dissolved upon the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 1999); and on January 1, 200, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation, which was established on January 1, 200, comprehensively transferred the rights and obligations of the “Iam Farmland Improvement Association” under Article 9

C. Under Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005, effective April 30, 2006), “Korea Rural Community Corporation” has changed the name to “Korea Rural Community Corporation”. The name was changed to “Korea Rural Community Corporation” pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008 and enforced June 30, 2009).

In around 1944, the Joseon farmland development team started with the construction work of the “reservoir reservoir” at the Masan-si, Sinsan-ri, Sinsan-ri, and tin-ri, which was completed on April 5, 1956, and transferred the construction work to the Sinsan-si. The land of this case (hereinafter “the land of this case”) is either incorporated into or near the “reservoir”, and is located near the “reservoir”.
