1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A shall pay KRW 92,809,625 and KRW 26,934,46 among them from June 3, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant A received a credit card, etc. or did not repay the credit card, etc. on the date stated in the agreement date from the financial institutions listed below, and Defendant A lost the benefit of time.

According to the facts found in the determination as to the cause of the claim, Defendant A shall pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 92,809,625 of the above principal and interest and KRW 26,934,466 of the principal amount, the interest rate of KRW 17% per annum from June 3, 2014, which is the rate of delay damages, from June 3, 2014 to the date of full payment, and each network is jointly and severally with Defendant A.
