A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Around June 20, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: “G”, “H”, “G”, “G”, “G” in the resident registration number column, “Y9800”, “LV-E300, and “SV-E300S 32G in the model name column” in the charge column, “G” and “HV-E300 in the name column in the same manner in the form of a sales contract for terminal installation; “HA-E300S 32G in the model name column”, “H-E30S 32G in the model name column”, “B” and “H-E30S 32G in the name column in the name column,” “B-H-E300S 32G,” the principal column in the column, “B” and “A”.

As a result, the Defendant forged the mobile phone new contract in the name of G, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and one copy of each mobile phone installment contract from July 11, 2012 to February 14, 2014, and forged a total of 513 mobile phone new contract in the name of 69 persons, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and a mobile phone installment sales contract in the name of 69 persons, respectively.

2. The Defendant is a document that duly establishes a mobile phone new contract in the above G name and a sales contract to make a terminal device to a person in charge of SK Telecom, who is aware of the forgery at the same time and time.
