Punishment of the crime
1. [Attachment 2012 Highest 8690]
A. B. At around 22:00 on August 9, 2012, Defendant B purchased 140,000 won from the LPC bank located in Daegu-gu, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 1,40,000 won and acquiring stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that opphone 4 smartphones are stolen, which is the victim’s possession of the stolen name, from the LPC bank. From August 9, 2012 to September 7, 2012, Defendant B purchased 12,670,000 won in total, with knowledge of the fact that opphone 14 cost is stolen from M, N,O, and P.
C. On August 2012, at around 21:00, Defendant C purchased 17 smartphones that were stolen by Defendant B from Defendant B at around the commercial bank located in Pyeongtaek-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with knowledge that it is a charge for the cost of the opon 4 smartphone 1, which is the victim of the opon 1,80,000 won, and acquired stolen goods. The Defendant purchased 17 smartphones that were stolen by Defendant B from Defendant B at a total of eight times, such as the list of crimes (3) as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
