B On May 15, 2014, the Suwon District Court sentenced one year and four months of imprisonment to acquire stolen goods, and the said judgment was finalized on the 23th of the same month.
1. Defendant A, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 22, 2012, around 16:00, acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 190,000 with knowledge of the fact that the galthalian smartphone, which was purchased and purchased by Defendant A, was a stolen, and acquired KRW 27 smartphones by the same method over 10 times in total, as indicated in the separate crime list, from around December 2012 to January 7, 2013.
2. Defendant B
A. On December 12, 2012, the Defendant purchased 660,000 won for a 18:00 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the Defendant was a stolen 4 type of smartphone in front of the exit area No. 4 located in Dobong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and that the Defendant was a stolen 4 unit of a base-type smartphone, Aphone 4 smartphone 2 unit of a Samsungphone, Samsung 2 unit of a Samsung Ggallon, and the 2nd of a smartphone that was purchased by the said A.
B. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant purchased 1,080,000 won and acquired stolen goods despite being aware of the fact that the Defendant was the 1,080,000 won for Samsung Galle-gu 3 smartphones, Samsung Galle-gu 3 smartphones, Samsung Galle-gu 3 Smartphones, Samsung Galle-gu 3 smartphones, and Samsung Galle-gu 1,00 won, which was parked on the f.5 car of the above A’s f.m., which was parked on the galle-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
C. On January 4, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant purchased 450,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the Plaintiff’s name was stolen by the winners of the name in front of the exit No. 4 in the Dobongcheon-dong Seoul, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the Defendant purchased 4,50,000 won, even though he was aware of the fact that the price of Samsung Galthot Smartphone 1 was the stolen goods.
