Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 21, 2013, Defendant AP was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on March 29, 2013 at the Seoul Southern District Court for the charge of the acquisition of stolen goods, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 29, 2013.

1. At around 20:00 on December 17, 2012, Defendant B, the Defendant: (a) stolen Samsung Tgal lusium 2 smartphone owned by the victim, whose name cannot be known on the back of the taxi located in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and whose name is unknown on the lower part of the taxi located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
2. At around 22:00 on December 17, 2012, Defendant AP acquired stolen Samsung Tallon 20,000 won after being aware of the fact that it was stolen, as set forth in paragraph (1), on the front road of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu 4 Dong 221-44, Seoul, but “A bank,” Defendant acquired stolen goods at 80,000 won.
3. On December 24, 2012, the Defendant purchased the stolen goods after being aware of the fact that Samsung Tallon ju City jumopon jumop 2 smartphones acquired by AP, such as paragraph (2), on the front of Goyang-dong BFtel in Goyang-si, Goyang-si (Seoul) around 21:00.

1. At around 17:00 on December 29, 2012, Defendant AP purchased Samsung 1 smartphone 1, which was stolen by BG and BH on the front of the location of the new road of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 355-209, and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen charge.
2. At around 10:30 on January 3, 2013, Defendant A acquired a gallon from AP with knowledge of the fact that Samsung 1 Smartphone, which was purchased and brought by AP on the roads in front of Ildong-gu BFtel in Goyang-si, Ilyang-si, as set forth in paragraph (1).

1. On December 20, 2012, Defendant AP purchased 100,000 won from BJ prior to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 18:30, 2012 to acquire stolen goods despite being aware of the fact that it was stolen by BJ, the market price equivalent to one million won of the non-victimed victim.
