A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 6770"

1. On July 6, 2017, the Defendant sold at KRW 65,00,00, including “web campaigns (C920)” at a middle and high-class website (C920).

The phrase "I am, I would like to sell the relevant goods to the victim C who reported and contacted it, so I would like to transfer 65,000 won to the new bank account (D) in the name of the defendant.

However, the defendant did not intend to send the goods in fact even if he received the price and did not actually intend to use the goods for the cost of living.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received 65,000 won from the victim, and acquired it by transfer.

2. On July 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported a notice, such as the notice as described in paragraph (1), from the French land on July 6, 2017, and sold the pertinent goods to the victim E; and (b) made a false statement to prohibit entry of KRW 65,00 into a new bank account in the name of the said Defendant.

However, the defendant did not intend to send the goods in fact even if he received the price and did not actually intend to use the goods for the cost of living.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received 65,000 won from the victim, and acquired it by transfer.

3. On July 7, 2017, the Defendant sold S6 to 103,00 won on the middle-standing website of the country.

“The” posts a letter, and sells the relevant goods to the victim F who reported and contacted, and the false statement was made to transfer KRW 103,000 to a new bank account in the above Defendant’s name.

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to send the goods even if he received the price and did not actually intend to use the goods for the cost of living.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received 103,000 won from the victim, and acquired it by transfer.

4. On September 6, 2017, the Defendant sold the Rox C920 to the website of the High and High countries at KRW 50,000.
