Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing tetramroids;

A. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 1400,000,000 in the account of E-based company name bank (Account Number:F); (b) deposited KRW 1,40,000,000 in the sum of the instant phone payments in the account of E-based bank account (Account Number:F) informed by the said phone seller at around 16:52 through 16:53 of the same day; and (c) purchased the instant phone in the front portion of H church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 14, 2018 by means of concealing the phone seller in front of the H church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 700,000,000 from the J branch of the Enterprise Bank J branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the same manner as the written in the above paragraph A, and purchased on February 22, 2018, the Defendant purchased on the front side of the said HO church by bringing one g of the instant phiphonephone in which the said phiphone seller concealed.

(c)

around 16:57 to 17:01 on March 18, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 1.4 million in total from the account in the name of the EF account (Account Number: M) that the seller of phiphones informed in the same manner as the described in the above paragraph (a) at the point of Young-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant purchased at least two g of phiphones, which was concealed by the seller of phiphones in front of the above H church, on three occasions, and around March 19, 2018.

(d)

On April 13, 2018, around 18:29, the Defendant deposited KRW 100,000,000,000 from the National Bank account (Account Number: Q) in the name of P, which the seller of phiphones informed in the same manner as described in the above paragraph (a) at the point of the National Bank O of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the Defendant purchased the phiphones by bringing 2g of the phiphones concealed by the seller of phiphones around the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu apartment.
