A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On January 27, 2018, at around 18:39, the Defendant: (a) accessed the sales of Mepophophones (hereinafter “Mepopphones”) that sell the Mepopphones (SNS), a local mental medicine, at the financial center, the Defendant deposited KRW 4,30,00 in the account of the Bank of Korea (Account Number:D) used by the said Mepphones seller; (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5 g of the Mepopon on the floor of the Mepopic separately collecting waste in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by means of bringing about approximately 0.5 g of the loopphones, which is concealed by the Mep seller.

B. On February 1, 2018, around 16:18, the Defendant deposited 4.30,000 won of philopon in the bank GS 508 at the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government financial center in the same manner as described in paragraph (a). At that time, the Defendant purchased 0.5g of philopon under the philopon’s standing signboards under the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu shopping mall by bringing about approximately 0.5g of philopon.

On February 8, 2018, the Defendant deposited 4.30,000 won of philopon in the financial center at a bank GS in around 18:08, and then purchased 0.5g of philopon on the floor of the blopon store in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, by means of bringing about about 0.5g of philopon, which is hidden by the bopon seller on the floor of the bopon store.

On February 22, 2018, the Defendant deposited 4.30,000 won in the account (Account Number:F) of the E-person’s bank account used by the non-silphone seller at the financial center at around 13:58 B, and around that time, purchased 0.5g of the philophone’s 0.5g of the philophone’s philophone’s concealment in Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

E. On April 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:33, at a point in the calendar station of the National Bank in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant is a sales of fluorphones.
