However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., in violation of the Narcotics Control Act.

1) On May 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 20:24 on May 29, 2020, sold and attempted to sell phiphones; (b) purchased psychotropic drugs from the sales of psychotropic drugs from the sales of psychotropic drugs through the Internet; (c) deposited KRW 200,000 into the bank account in the name of E, which the seller informed to the seller; and (d) purchased phiphones by means of searching for the number of phiphones in advance at the inside of the distribution box of the first floor of the non-resident housing (hereinafter referred to as “cloudal method”).

B) On June 7, 2020, the Defendant deposited 200,000 won in cash with the same account in the same manner at the same place as set forth in the above paragraph (a) at the same time, and sold philophones by means of having the seller look at the volume of philophones in advance at the inside and outside of the house box of the same Gu (hereinafter referred to as the same Gu).

C) On June 13, 2020, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones in the same manner as at the place of the above paragraph (a) above, and deposited 200,000 won in cash with the same account, and confirmed the seller’s around the stairs and rail around the house of the same Gu or below that the seller informed, but did not find the phiphones, and was attempted without finding it. D) on August 17, 2020, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones at the point of a non-bank located in Suwon-si at around 23:00 via the Internet at around 19:0, to purchase phiphones from the seller of phiphones ("Magram LF"), and 200,000 won in cash with the non-written account known by the seller, and 200,0000 won in advance, 200,000 won in a 200,000 Gphones, which were concealed by the seller, 203 g.
