2. 피고인들의 공동범행 피고인들은 2015. 7. 5. 11:50경 위 H교회 2층 커피홀에서 목사 J이 설교하며 L, M 등 신도 200여명과 함께 주일예배를 하는 것을 보고, 피고인 A는 “야 M 기도 똑바로 해, 사탄한테하지 말고 예수님한테 하라, 야 L야 너 당회장이며 , 야 J아 J!, J 거짓말 하지마 임마, 왜 여기 와서 지랄이야, 너는 야 니네 바알이 아멘으로 받냐 , 야 J 바알이 아멘으로 받어 , 야 삯꾼아! 야 삯꾼!”이라고 큰소리로 고함을 지르고, 같은 B은 “J! 사탄아 물러가라!”고 큰소리로 고함을 지르고, 같은 C는 “J! J”이라고 큰소리로 고함을 치고, 같은 D와 합세하여 교회 내 합판 벽을 손바닥으로 두드려 소음을 발생시키고, 같은 D는 “사탄 마귀새끼들은 물러가라”고 큰소리로 고함을 지르고, 같은 E는 “N 나가라! N 나가라”고 큰소리로 고함을 질러 예배를 방해하였다.
