Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 6238"
1. From February 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoking) around 12:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house of the Defendant, B, Dong-gu, Incheon, Dong-gu, Incheon, put approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, dilution of psychotropic drugs into a single-use injection machine, and administered crophones over five times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1, until March 25, 2014, from the time when the Defendant was administered by injecting the Defendant’s arms.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) at the Defendant’s house, such as Paragraph (1), around 12:00 on January 201, 201, posted a large amount of marijuana above the Defendant’s house, and, by attaching a fire thereto, smoked marijuana over seven occasions in total, from that time until March 25, 2014, in addition to smoking in a method of inhaleing it by drilling it through an hole for the relevant smoke.

3. Around 17:00 on October 5, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) provided C with approximately KRW 100,000 on the road in front of the transmission station in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Cheongdong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones, and 0.1g of phiphones from C, the Defendant injected the phiphones into the Defendant’s arms using the phiphones for a single-use use, and administered the phiphones from that time to November 21:00 of 2014, including the administration of phiphones, at least three times, from that time, from that time.
4. Around 20:00 on October 1, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) smoked marijuana in a total of three occasions, including the smoking of marijuana in the manner of inhaleing it by attaching a fire to one of four (4) marijuana tobacco dried from the Defendant’s house located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, by attaching it to its smoke, and from that time until November 21:30, 2014.
